Cherry Hills Vista Neighborhood

. .

Cherry-Hills-Vista-Map

Cherry Hills Vista is comprised primarily of large 1950’s brick ranch style homes on the South side and smaller frame-siding homes to the North, both of which usually sit on larger than average lots.  The main attraction of this neighborhood is access to one of Denver’s best elementary school, Slaven’s Elementary.  Of course, the wide streets, large lots, and easy commutes to downtown or the tech center make this neighborhood even more desirable.

Across University boulevard is Southern Hills neighborhood where home prices have risen dramatically over the past ten years, and forced many families seeking access to a Slaven’s to Southern Hills.  Consequently, home prices are rising in Southern Hills along with investment in renovation.
