Crestmoor Neighborhood
. .
Crestmoor Neighborhood is tucked between Hilltop, and Lowry neighborhoods and consists of sizable ranch style homes toward the Southern edge and victorian and tudors toward the older Northern edge. Although, this is all changing with the construction of larger contemporary homes and pop-tops that are dotting the neighborhood.
The neighborhood itself consists almost entirely of single family, detached homes on quiet winding streets. Of course its central location allows for convenient access to Denver’s major attractions.
At the heart of the neighborhood sprawls Crestmoor Park – a favorite among runners and sports enthusiasts alike.
Crestmoor Neighborhood Highlights:
- Crestmoor Community Association – Swimming, tennis, community events
- Lowry – A planned community to the East of Crestmoor with restaurants, retail, and a grocery store.
