Sloan’s Lake Neighborhood
. .
Sloan’s Lake named after homesteader Alfred T. Sloan is the second largest park in Denver after City Park and sits on 177 acres of land.
The architecture is as diverse as the population and ranges from early 1900’s bungalows to sprawling ranches to modern duplexes.
Sloan’s Lake’s appeal is obviously the park as well as to the proximity to the Highlands and easy access to downtown. The most desirable zone sits between Hooker Street and Stuart Street, and values increase as you head North toward 29th Avenue.
Sloan’s Lake Neighborhood Highlights:
- Colorado Dragon Boat Festival – experience Colorado’s diverse Asian Pacific American heritage
- Trattoria Stella – fine dining in a casual to upscale atmosphere
