Dinosaurs Invade City Park

IMG_0693

There is plenty to explore in City Park – the fountains, the sculptures, the gardens, the playgrounds, the monuments, and the lake to name a few.  One of my favorite surprises are dinosaurs at the Museum of Nature and Science in the North East corner of the park.

Often they go overlooked, unless you are visiting the museum and enter through the parking garage.  If, however, you have come to take in arguably the best view in the City from the steps of the museum, you might not notice the dinosaur peering over the railing from the garage.

At first, the head captures your curiosity, and upon further inspection as you near the railing, you begin to realize the enormity of the exhibit that has quietly been sitting next to you all the time.  Watch a video of their installation.
