Southmoor Park in southeast Denver offers a great family neighborhood. Homes were built in the 60’s and 70’s and are on large lots. Recently many have undergone renovations and updates making this a desirable area for home buyers and a good area for investors looking fix-and-flip opportunities. The neighborhood offers easy access to local parks, Light Rail, I-25, DTC and shopping along Hampden. Eastmoor Swim and Tennis Club is a great summer amenity for the neighborhood.
